Our Founder and Head Psychologist Subaru Saini is a Counselling Psychologist, Certified Graphologist and Hypnotherapy Practitioner.
Subaru believes that each individual is unique with different value sets, beliefs and experiences. Having worked with individuals from different walks of life. Subaru have done extensive training under trained professionals in different hospitals like Max Hospital, Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital and mental institutions..
In addition to this, she has an International Diploma in Counselling, Sleep Deprivation, Overcoming imposter Syndrome from University of Southern Queensland, helping young people low mood and depression.
Subaru has conducted several Psycho-education sessions for various focus groups. She firmly believes that Mental well-being is the road to content and fulfilling life, no matter the challenges.
